We are happy to be continuing to make fresh pasta after 2 decades. Made fresh in small batches on the daily, we use only 3 simple ingredients: semolina flour, eggs, & water. We believe nothing compares to a delicious plate of fresh pasta!

If you haven't ever cooked it yourself before, you will be surprised how quickly it cooks, only 1-2 minutes in boiling water... fastest meal ever! One pound of pasta can go a long way, often feeding 3-6 people, depending on how much you eat.

On occasion, especially around certain holidays, we may offer special flavored pasta, such as spinach or beet. We believe it is simply delicious! Please call in & order ahead, if you're looking for more than 3 lbs.

Each one of our sauces is homemade, from recipes passed down in our family, especially from Giuseppe's mother, Maria Masia.

Due to spatial reasons, we are only able to store a few of our many sauces in the marketplace. Please ask us about our other sauces, most are made to order & are always available Hot as a pint or quart.

Due to the nature of fresh basil, & since we make our pesto fresh, without preservatives, we only offer it frozen by the cup.

Everything about our lasagna is homemade, & we offer it in a variety of ways. We use our fresh lasagna sheets, our homemade marinara or bolognese meat sauce, our homemade besciamella sauce, & romano cheese.

We only offer 2 types of lasagna in our dining room & on our take out menu: meat lasagna or vegetable lasagna. However, on our party menu & in our market place, we also offer cheese lasagna and meat & cheese lasagna, as well as meat lasagna & vegetable lasagna.

The difference between meat lasagna and meat & cheese lasagna is the layer of ricotta that will be found in the meat & cheese lasagna.

In the market place, we offer a variety of different sizes & types of lasagna. Made fresh daily, we always refill our case every morning with 2 person & 6 person lasagnas, ready to be brought home & baked for lunch or dinner. You will find fresh lasagnas, as well as frozen ones, both of delicious quality.

Cooking times are for a 350 degree oven. When fresh, cooking times will range from 25-45 minutes, depending on size. When cooking from frozen (there is no need to let the lasagna defrost) you just add 10 minutes to the cooking time & no one will know the difference!

The demand for many of our marketplace items is high, & we do our best in keeping our cases stocked & ready. The food is always fresh due to this demand & is always refilled on the daily. If you are ever in & find something empty or out of stock in the case, please ask in the front & we will do our best to get you what you'd like, it may just be cooling off in the back!

Most fresh items are also able to be frozen, so feel free to come in & stock up your freezer, or a loved one's who may not feel like cooking!

Frozen dinners have been a huge help for many of our customers who lead the busiest of lifestyles, & still would like to enjoy homemade food, like Nonna used to make! There is no need to defrost before cooking & each container comes with cooking instructions right on the label. Many of our fresh dinners in the case also freeze wonderfully, so if you don't see what you'd like in the freezer section, feel free to get it fresh, & simply bring it home & store it in your freezer.

Homemade Pesto Sauce, by the cup

We have all the goods to satisfy your sweet tooth! We make homemade tiramisu and cannolis ourselves, using the same beloved recipes for over 20 years! We also import a number of cakes & all of our gelato straight from Italy, with a company called Bindi, using all Italian ingredients. A few of our chocolate cakes are delivered from local baking companies, including Hoff's Bakery in Malden. Please consult our ingredient reference list for any questions about what's in the desserts!
